Refund policy

Our promise. If a book or the Toolkit did not help you, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of buying it and we refund it in full. No reason needed, and you keep the file.

A file that won't open. Tell us and we fix it or send a new copy straight away. That doesn't use up your refund.

How to ask. WhatsApp +27 79 162 3348 with your order number. We answer within two working days and refund to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

The free Toolkit. When the Toolkit came free with a book, refunding the book is enough; there is nothing to refund on the Toolkit.

Services. Agent setup and care are agreed in writing with each client, and that agreement says how refunds work.
